This is a free 20‑minute wellbeing support session for people affected by recent flooding.
The clinic is located in Island Bay, one of the areas impacted.
What is NADA?
NADA is a simple ear‑based approach that has been used internationally in emergency and disaster response settings to support people experiencing high stress.
During the session:
• You will rest in a quiet space
• Small ear seeds will be applied to both ears
• No needles are used
Research suggests this approach may help support nervous system regulation during stressful situations.
Important information:
• This session is not a medical assessment or treatment
• It does not replace medical or mental health care
• Appointments are limited to 20 minutes
• Bookings are required via this page
