This is a free 20‑minute wellbeing support session for people affected by recent flooding.
The clinic is located in Island Bay, one of the areas impacted.
What is NADA?
NADA is a simple ear‑based approach that has been used internationally in emergency and disaster response settings to support people experiencing high stress.
During the session:
• You will rest in a quiet space
• Small ear seeds will be applied to both ears
• No needles are used
Research suggests this approach may help support nervous system regulation during stressful situations.
Important information:
• This session is not a medical assessment or treatment
• It does not replace medical or mental health care
• Appointments are limited to 20 minutes

Must have an approved ACC claim and the injury must have been within the last 12 months.

ACC Initial

Cupping can assist in muscle recovery and repair. Often added to acupuncture treatments but if not feeling the needle love, this is a cupping only option.

Cupping Only

Must have an approved ACC claim and be within 12 weeks of initial treatment in this clinic
